Colossians 3:23-24 (NKJV)

"And whatever you do, do it heartily, as to the Lord and not to men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance; for you serve the Lord Christ." 

Serving others is at the core of everything Dr. Tammy does. Whatever she does, she does it as unto the Lord. That's where she finds her joy, and that's where she'll receive her reward. Dr. Tammy stands on the principles that the greatest leaders serve others first and lead by example—beginning with their own lives.

As a local and internationally licensed and ordained minister of the Gospel, Dr. Tammy believes it is important for each person to know and recognize their calling to fully be able to effectively serve others. Her calling and interests are teaching, prophecy, women's ministry, and missions.

Dr. Tammy has ministered to thousands of women through college/university campus ministry (Women of Destiny), in churches, conferences, and various events. She applies many of the same Biblical principles and insights to the leadership development, training, coaching, and mentoring to those she is privileged to support and serve.

Over the past 15 years, in her work as an active university researcher, Dr. Tammy has spent countless hours interviewing and engaging with individuals and families living in impoverished neighborhoods in order to gain an understanding of their needs and ways to support them through financial literacy, stewardship principles, and community development.  Additionally, she has collaborated with faith-based organizations, charities, and causes to provide needed assistance. Dr. Tammy understands that when individuals, families, and communities are whole, then ministries and churches can also be whole.

Dr. Tammy emphasizes, "What I've discovered is this—not everyone is desiring to climb the corporate ladder, seeking a promotion, wanting to become an entrepreneur, or wanting to buy a bigger house or accumulate more stuff. Many already have all those things. Success looks different for each person. People want true joy and peace of mind, to live a life of comfort and abundance, to love on their families, serve others, and keep Jesus at the forefront of all they do. Those are the people that God has called me to serve. At this chapter in my life, I've been blessed to achieve so much in such a short time, and at such a young age. I was able to fully retire several years ago and never have to work again. I give all the glory to God. Now I get to help other people prepare to do the same. I am grateful for all of these opportunities to serve that align with my passion for leadership, people, and purpose."
